Please Note:

REGULATION 3.8 (Article 9)

Membership subscriptions shall fall due within 90 days of membership renewal. Any member who, for whatever reason, fails to renew their membership within a further 30 days shall be deemed as having left the Club. After this period has elapsed, said members wishing to continue their membership shall be required to submit an application for membership as described in Regulation 3.2.

Sutton & Cheam Motor Club Limited are exempt from the requirements of the above act providing that Members are given the opportunity to object to their name, address and any other personal details being store on a computer database. This information will be used solely to assist in the day to day administration of the Club and will not be made available to any other person, organisation or company for any purpose whatsoever. By signing this application form, you hereby acknowledge your agreement to the above exemption.
