Scorpion Sprint 2001

On behalf of Sutton & Cheam Motor Club, organisers of The New Scorpion Sprint, thank you for your support and participation in the event.

The Scorpion was the first ever Speed event at the Chertsey Test Track and we gather from the positive comments at the Awards Ceremony that you would all like to come back again next year.

We send our congratulations to Ali Serpen who becomes the first ÔKing of LongcrossÕ, albeit by a slim 5/100th second advantage for Fastest Time of The Day. We also congratulate all of the various Class Winners for their outstanding performances.

We welcome any comments about the event, the course or the overall organisation (both positive or negative) so that we can make any necessary improvements for 2002.
