| It is with regret that Sutton & Cheam MC / Hart MC announce the cancellation of the Mini Tempest Stages at Longcross due to unavailability of the Venue: | |

| Following a meeting on Tuesday 28th August regarding the further use of the Longcross Test Track for permitised / competitive motor sport events, I have been unable to secure any kind of commitment to the proposed uses for the Mini Tempest Stages, The Anniversary Stages or the Carfax Stages. | |
| QinetiQ Management have advised that until they have been awarded the full contract for operating the site and a lease from owners Crest Nicholson, they are not in a position to 'sub-let' the venue or agree any new safety and operational protocols. They warn that this position is unlikely to be resolved during this calendar year. | |
| They add they remain committed to the return of the venue of competitive motorsport and I am working closely as the MSA Liaison Officer to reach that goal. | |
| Entries received will be refunded in full. | |
